Grilled banana wrapped in sweet rice (Chuối bọc nếp nướng)

(4 portions)

4 ripe Thai bananas
¼ cup (50g) sugar
1 cup (200g) glutinous rice
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup (60ml) coconut milk
½ cup (120ml) water
